How to benefit from the extended Fast warranty
Step 1 – Fill in the form registering your product. When registering, provide real details, most importantly the email address you are using. After all, 5 years of warranty is a long time.
Step 2 - Attach a file/photo of your receipt/invoice to the warranty form, confirming the date of purchase of the part.
Step 3 - You will receive feedback from us with your product registration number. This is your unique number, without which you will not be able to make a possible claim. So make sure you do not lose it in the next five years.
How to make a claim?
Step 1 - Prepare photographic documentation of the part being claimed.
Step 2 - Make sure the part is covered by the extended warranty, i.e. it belongs to the warranty groups and has been registered in our system.
Step 3 - Prepare the product registration number and the part number starting with the letters FT.
Step 4 – Fill in the formand attach photos and a description of the fault.
Step 5 - You will receive an e-mail confirming your request. Print out the attached PDF file, sign it and attach it to the claimed part.
Step 6 - Send us the claimed part. You will be contacted within 14 days of your claim
